Bring a friend or family member to walk outdoors. Join us twice a week and explore the trails at your pace—Walk, Stride, Amble, Trek or Stroll—you choose.
Walking is an easy way to be more active. Add walking to your weekly routine and experience the many health benefits of moving and getting outside.
The wide trails (dirt road) of the Cross Country Course provide a safe exercise area for people of all ages to walk and enjoy the changing fall colors. The class is offered to provide a safe opportunity and encouragement for walking in the community.
