SONORA, CALIF. – September 21, 2015 – The Tuolumne County Commission on Aging proudly presents A Life Well Lived – A Day of Celebration, Reflection, & Planning on Thursday, October 15th from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm at the St. Patrick’s Parish Hall in downtown Sonora.

• “Who Gets the Stuff?”
• “Writing Your Own Obituary”
• Memorial Preparedness
Conference speakers include, Pastor Steve Osborn, Sierra Bible Church; Dr. Blake Cleveland, Sonora Reginal Medical Center; Melody Roberson SRMC Home Health, Shauna Burrow & Ju Chowning, Hospice of the Sierra; Bill Caldera, Tuolumne County Ambulance; Eric Larson, Veteran Services; Meoldy Brotby, Tuolumne County Commission on Aging; Tamara Polley, Gianelli & Polley; Jeff Wilson, Terzich & Wilson; Mike Heuton, Heuton Memorial Chapel; Teresa Nelson, Chaplain, Sonora Regional Medcial Center; Father Sam West, St. Patrick’s Catholic Church; and Ted Michaud, Tuolumne County Commission on Aging.
Six Continuing Education Units will be offered, free of charge, through the Tuolumne County Behavioral Health Department. The conference itself is free and lunch is just $5.00.
Co-sponsors include Area 12 Agency on Aging and the Mother Lode Office of Catholic Charities.
