34-Home Development Returns To Angels Camp Commission

Angels Camp, CA — Cottage Park, a 34 home subdivision, will be considered by the Angels Camp Planning Commission Thursday.
The developer Stelte Construction pulled the project back in April to consider some special conditions the city put on the project.
The homes would be built in two phases on Kurt and Foothill Village Drive. To build the homes, Stelte needs a general plan and zoning amendment.
The commission will hear the project at 7 p.m. in the Joe Carley Memorial Firehouse on Highway 4.
