Sponsored by:

Sonora, Ca — A Modesto man who was arrested Monday in connection with a burglary at the Comcast Cable office in Sonora now faces additional charges.

Monday night, a Comcast employee arrived at the office and found 31-year-old Craig Martin Stoltze hiding in the building. When Stoltze was confronted, he walked out of the office. Later in the night, Stoltz was tracked down by Sheriff´s Deputies and placed under arrest.

After Stoltze was placed in custody, the department began investigating other burglaries in the area. The department has reason to believe that Stoltze is also responsible for a burglary at Banks Glass in Jamestown on Monday. Taken was approximately $120 in cash.

La Parilla Restaurant in the Junction Shopping Center was broken into between the dates of Oct. 21st and Oct. 22nd. The owner of the restaurant was unable to determine the amount lost, however, a window and door were destroyed. Evidence at scene has connected Stoltze to this burglary as well.

Stoltze remains in custody. The investigation is ongoing.
