Inks Caught Lying By Sheriff’s Deputies

Columbia, CA — 53 year old Cheryl Lynn Inks of Big Hill Rd. in Columbia was arrested, booked and then released after posting a $10,000 bond this week.
Sunday Sheriff´s deputies were serving a felony arrest warrant on 53 year old Richard Walter. Inks insisted that Walter was not at home. The deputies told Inks she would be subject to arrest if she was lying.
They then searched the premises and found Walter in a back bedroom. Walter was also booked and released on his promise to appear for his court date.
