Valley Springs Subdivision Vote On Hold

San Andreas, CA — A vote on the proposed 157 home North Vista Plaza subdivision set for Valley Springs will be delayed for at least a month.
According to the Stockton Record, the Calaveras County Planning Commission was scheduled to vote on the project this coming Tuesday, but Developer Mark Pringle of Burlingame has requested the vote be rescheduled until July 19th so he can meet with residents in an effort to settle such issues as potential flooding, traffic congestion and the inclusion of low-cost housing.
The 35 acre development is located at the west end of Vista Del Lago Drive off Hwy 26.
