Residents Well Behaved During Mother Lode Round-Up Weekend

Sonora, CA — According to Lt. Mark Stinson of the Sonora Police Department Mother Lode Round-Up weekend proved to be an extremely quiet weekend.
Stinson says there were only eight arrests for public intoxication and only one citation issued for driving-under-the-influence.
As for the Sheriff´s Department; deputies recorded 69 enforcement stops, 13 arrests, issued eight traffic citations and handled 144 service calls. According to Lt. Dan Bressler; it was just a very average weekend.
