Tammy Ham Arrested For Child Endangerment

Sponsored by:

San Andreas, CA — Tammy Ham, the wife of slain John Ham, was arrested this week on felony child endangerment charges.

Investigators say on April 7 at Ham´s San Andreas home, an 11-year old girl was riding on the bumper of Ham´s pick up when Ham hit a hole causing the child to fall. The child complained of abdominal pain and vomited numerous times but Ham refused to call her parents. Later the parents arrived to find their child lying on the floor moaning in pain to which Ham said she didn´t know what was wrong.

The parents took the child to Sonora Regional Medical Center where she was admitted for internal injuries.

Ham was booked into Calaveras County Jail where she remains on $75,000 bail.

Ham was also arrested last June after her husband´s murder at the couple´s home. She was later released pending further investigation. The District Attorney´s Office says the case is still pending.
