EIR For Sanguinetti Estates Underway

San Andreas, CA — A public comment period is almost up on the preparation of a draft Environmental Impact Report for the Sanguinetti Estates Subdivision in Copperopolis.
John Lemke of Lemke Construction is proposing to build 117 homes on O´Byrnes Ferry Road and Sanguinetti Road.
The Calaveras County Planning Department is preparing the EIR and is looking to find the public´s concerns regarding the scope and potential environmental effects of the proposed 60-acre project.
