Winter Weather Causes School Delays And Cancellations

Sonora, CA — The winter weather has caused a number of schools to delay or cancel classes today.

The Summerville Union High School District has cancelled all classes.

Summerville Elementary has canceled all classes.

Mother Lode Christian has canceled all classes.

Bret Harte High School is running two hours late.

Sonora High School is on a Wednesday late start schedule. There will be no zero period or cosmetology classes.

Twain Harte-Long Barn is running two hours late, and it is a snow transportation day.

Curtis Creek and Sullivan Creek are running two hours late. Bus 16 will not go to Ridgewood and Bus 17 will not exit at Crystal Falls Drive.

Tenaya Elementary and Tioga High School are running two hours late. Buses will only travel on main roads.

Belleview Elementary is running two hours late.

Jamestown Elementary is running one hour late.

Jamestown Community Day School is running one hour late.

Michelson Elementary, Fisher Elementary and Avery Middle School are running two hours late.

Christian Heights Pre-school is running two hours late.

Kiddie College Pre-School Will not open until 7:30am.
