Columbia Elementary Closes For The Day

Columbia, CA — Columbia Elementary School is now officially closed for the day due to the extremely icy conditions on Parrotts Ferry Rd.
Traffic, meanwhile, is being guided through the maze of big rigs that have literally been disabled by the ice. Traffic is moving but the CHP is suggesting that you avoid that area for the time being.
