One Driver Causes Two Accidents

San Andreas, CA — 26 year old Daniel Aguilar of West Point can probably expect a generous increase in his insurance rates following a three car accident.
Aguilar was driving eastbound on Hwy 26 west of Ridge Rd. Monday morning at approximately 10:50 when he failed to negotiate a right hand curve. `He crossed over the double yellow lines and sideswiped a vehicle driven by 68 year old Simon Engle of Elk Grove.
Aguilar then collided headon with another vehicle … this one driven by 55 year old John Cloney of Valley Springs. Cloney suffered minor injuries and was treated at Mark Twain-St. Joseph´s Hospital.
Aguilar and Engle were not injured.
No arrest was made.
