Sonora, CA — Retiring Tuolumne County Fire Marshall Kary Hubbard was recognized by the Board of Supervisors this morning for her 13 years of service to the community.

According to Pland Hubbard worked on such large developments as Evergreen Lodge, Black Oak Casino, Mountain Springs and the Jenness Park expansion dealing with the developers and the public making use of those facilities.

Finally Pland stated that Hubbard excelled in forming partnerships with county fire districts, law enforcement agencies, public works departments and other state and federal agencies to ensure safety for such special events as the fireworks shows at Lake Don Pedro and Dodge Ridge. Hubbard also worked on a number of concerts as well as the Father´s Day Fly-In at the Columbia Airport.
