Prison Staff Raises Funds For Victim Assistance

Jamestown, Ca — Workers at Sierra Conservation Center raised $2,800 for victim assistance this week, and presented the check to Ginger Martin with the Tuolumne County District Attorney´s Office.
According to Martin, the funding will be used to purchase new equipment to benefit crime prevention and outreach.
SCC staff raised the money during a bake sale, bbq and loose change drive in honor of National Victims Rights Week.
