Tuolumne Rd. Fatality Update

Jamestown, CA — The Tuolumne County CHP investigation into the Monday evening hit and run death of 45 year old Stacy Kay Stone has unveiled information that may help in the capture of the vehicle’s driver.
The CHP has learned that the passenger’s side mirror that was found at the scene of the accident came from a 2003-2006 GMC or Chevy pickup. The mirror is black with a chrome backing.
The accident occured at 8:30 on Tuolumne Rd. east of Terrace Drive. Ms. Stone lived in the 14800 block of Blue Bell Rd. West.
