Dog Bites Man … Police Seek Owner

Sonora, CA — The Police Department is seeking the owner of an Akita Husky that bit a man in the area of Pasadena Ave. Friday afternoon at approximately 3:30.
The Akita Husky was attacking a smaller dog when the individual attempted to break up the fight. The Akita Husky then bit the man and ran toward Summit.
The man had no previous experience with the dog. He described the animal as brown and white in color much like a St. Bernard.
The gentleman is now scheduled for rabies shots if the dog is not found in the next couple of weeks.
