Sonora, CA — Foreclosure numbers in Tuolumne County continue to increase.
In July there were 51 notice of defaults … in August; 63.
Notice of trustee sales in July were 48 … in August; 51.
And finally trustee deeds; there were 27 in July and 33 in August.
The highest number of trustee deeds for the year (when the foreclosure takes effect) was 35 in June.
