Twain Harte, CA – There have been a few scattered power outages this afternoon, and currently the only one of note is in Twain Harte.
PG&E Spokesperson Nicole Liebelt says it is affecting 360 customers. The cause is currently unknown. PG&E expects that everyone will be restored by 5:15pm.
