Sierra Snow In Spring

The Winter-like weather continues this evening with snow in the Sierra and possible areas of frost in the Motherlode.
One to three inches of snow is expected in the Sierra overnight. Highway 88 (Carson Pass) will likely be affected with chain control conditions.
Patches of frost will be possible overnight in the Motherlode. Take care to protect sensitive crops and plants from cold temperatures.
