Sonora, CA — South Stewart Street near downtown Sonora is closed because of an injury accident.
The Police Department urges motorists to avoid South Stewart Street from the intersection of Lytton Street to Williams Street. A pedestrian was reportedly hit by a vehicle. The victim was quickly taken away by an ambulance. It is unknown how long South Stewart Street will be blocked off to traffic.
