Sonora Faces Top Seed Colfax In Football Playoffs

Sonora, CA — There is some high school football tonight.
After being postponed last week due to smoke, the Sonora High Wildcats will face Colfax this evening on the road in the third round of the Division V Sac Joaquin Section Playoffs. Both teams had first round byes. Colfax is the top seed and Sonora is the fourth seed.
Sonora enters with an overall record of 7-4 and Colfax is 11-0. It will be a soggy evening for high school football, so the weather could play a factor in the strategy.
