Update: Ground Units Heading To East Sonora Trailer Fire

Update at 11:25am: CAL Fire spokesperson Emily Kilgore reports that the Lower Hillview Drive fire is contained. It burned a small travel trailer. Crews will remain on scene mopping up the incident.
Original story posted at 11:18am: Sonora, CA — CAL Fire confirms ground units are responding to a fire in East Sonora, reportedly in the vicinity of the 20,000 block of Lower Hillview Drive.
The blaze is involving a small pull-behind trailer with a slide parked at the incident location and possible limited extension into nearby vegetation, according to CAL Fire spokesperson Emily Kilgore. No word yet as to a size or whether other structures are being threatened. We will bring you more details as they come into the news center.
