Missing Sonora Teen Found

Sonora, CA – The Tuolumne County Sheriff’s office reports she was located by deputies safe and unharmed.
As reported here Wednesday, the day before 15-year-old Anastasia Medina of Sonora was last seen on American River Drive heading to school but never returned home at the end of the day.
Her family reported her missing and asked for assistance from the public to find her. Sheriff’s officials reported that at around 11:30 a.m. Thursday deputies discovered Medina was at her school. She was contacted and returned to her home after being missing for two days.
