Sonora Police Preparing For SHS Graduation

Sonora High School seniors graduate tomorrow night beginning at 7pm. Sonora police will have some
special arrangements to handle traffic around the school.
At 4 o´clock, School Street will be closed to westbound traffic and it will remain a one way
street until ceremonies are over. Gates will open at 4:15 and guests are reminded that only small individual coolers will be allowed. Police cadets will provide
parking spaces in the old PG and E parking lot for a donation of two dollars.
Graduation should be finished by 9pm. Traffic will be directed from the
campus eastbound on School Street to Washington Street.
