Sonora High Remains Undefeated

Jeff Hess threw for two touchdowns and ran one in himself as the Sonora High School continue there undefeated streak in the Valley Oak League. The Wildcats beat the Los Banos Tigers 30-8. Louis McColloch also scored a touchdown on a four yard run and Rob Hoyt kicked a 25 yard field goal to lead the Wildcats charge. The Wildcats are now 3-0-1 in league play.

As the race for the top spot in the VOL heats up, Oakdale also remains undefeated as the Mustangs blanked the Sierra Timberwolves last night 29-0.

In the Motherlode league, a tough night for the Summerville Bears, Argonaut pulled off a big win: 27-7. Linden edged Bret Harte 30-26.

The battle for the number one, undefeated spot goes to the Calaveras Redskins, as they top the Amador Thundering Herd 21-14.
