Calaveras Man Jailed On Multiple Charges

Calaveras County deputies have a San Andreas man jailed without bail, in connection with a string of burglaries. Joseph Allan Glessman was pulled over by a deputy on Skunk Ranch Road in Murphys at about 11:00 last night.
Deputies say he resisted arrest and was subdued with a Tazer. As he was being booked, deputies say they found some marijuana on him. Ultimately, he was charged with possession of drugs for sale and attempting to bring a controlled substance into the jail, in addition to the burglaries and resisting arrest.
