Snowpack Is Up In The Sierra

The Sierra snowpack is rebounding to near-normal levels, thanks to a series of late winter storms. A spring survey yesterday found portions of the northern Sierra Nevada are above normal. But things get drier farther south.
Overall, the state Department of Water Resources survey is finding good news for farmers and other water users coming off a dry year.
