Spring never felt so nice.
Warm weather in the Mother Lode Tuesday had drivers dropping the tops on their convertible cars, sun-worshipers shake-off their tank tops and shorts and families and kids head off for an inviting afternoon of play for at Heaven For Kids playground on Greenley Road in Sonora.
Wednesday will see some clouds return to the skies above the foothills, and by Thursday clouds will rule the skies with a 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, so says the National Weather Service forecast.
By the weekend, the weather is expected to be dry, but cool, with high temperatures in the breezy 60s.
