A man who opened fire at a newspaper delivery person and police in Lincoln this morning has surrendered peacefully to authorities.
Two women and a man barricaded themselves in a house in Lincoln, north west of Roseville and shot at police officers this morning. The Placer County Sheriff´s Department says no injuries have been reported.
SWAT teams and police surrounded the house and the man began to shoot at them.
A hostage negotiation team was called to the scene and was able to talk the man into surrendering just after 8:30 a.m. He and the two women were taken into custody.
