Bungalows Project Gets Go-Ahead

Sonora City Planners have given the green light to a 47-home subdivision off Stockton Road.
The planning commission approved the project across from the Mother Lode Fairgrounds Monday night. Sonora Attorney Pat Greenwell and wife Sandi are developing the “Bungalows at Woods Creek Landing” project.
It will prove to be the city´s first true test of it´s hillside building ordinance. The project still needs final approval by the city counsel at their January 20th meeting.
