Driver Dies in Crash on Highway 108

The CHP says a drunk driver from Modesto was killed in a single car accident early this morning in Tuolumne County.
Authorities say a 49 year old man was driving too fast while intoxicated and flipped his 2003 Eclipse on Highway 108 near Tulloch Road. The driver, who was killed, has not been identified.
The accident happened at about 3:30 a.m.
A passenger, 23 year old Jeremy Orr of Modesto was treated and released at Tuolumne General Hospital. Another passenger, a 20 year old woman from Modesto, was taken to Doctors´s Hospital in Modesto with major injuries. Her first name is Shelly, but authorities don´t know her last name yet.
