Peterson´s Lawyer Won´t See Hernandez Case File

Scott Peterson´s lawyer won´t get investigation files in an unsolved San Francisco murder case with similarities to the killing of Laci Peterson. A judge says their contents are highly speculative, while San Francisco Police say the two cases are not connected.

Peterson lawyers wanted to learn more about the killing of Evelyn Hernandez, a pregnant woman whose body was found in San Francisco Bay last summer. The judge will also allow reporters to listen to wiretapped calls they made to Peterson this year.

Defense attorney Mark Geragos calls many of those calls “embarrassing.”
