SFPD Chief Indicted

San Francisco Police Chief Earl Sanders and nine other members of the department have been indicted in an attack on two men that has tied up the department for more than three months.

The San Francisco Sheriff´s Department says Deputy Chief David Robinson, Assistant Chief Alex Fagan and officers Alex Fagan Junior, Matthew Tonsing and David Lee also are named. The officers are the three allegedly involved in the attack.

Sanders is a 37 year veteran and former homicide detective who was elevated to the top post on July 11th.
