Man Plunges Five Floors, Then Does It Again

A strange story at a San Francisco mall today, where a man jumped off an escalator and plunged five floors into the food court. Then, he got up, ran up to the second floor and jumped again.
It all happened at the San Francisco Shopping Center at 2:40 p.m. Wednesday afternoon.
Police spokesman Dewayne Tully says the man in his mid-20s jumped off the escalator into the atrium and landed on an espresso cart after the first jump. A woman sitting in the food court was injured. She´s been taken to the hospital.
Police say they don´t know why the man jumped. They say it´s possible it was a prank. He´s been taken to the hospital for injuries to his legs.
