Nesler Attorney May Ask For Venue Change

William Nesler´s lawyer is considering a request to move his client´s trial out of Tuolumne County.
Attorney Russell Miller says he will consider everything within the law to ensure Nesler gets a fair trial.
Nesler pleaded not guilty to the beating death of 45-year-old David Edward Davis back in July.
Sonora resident Dean Dee Phillips was arrested late last month in the case. Detectives believe he´s also linked to the death of Davis.
