Microwave Sparks Evacuation of Sonora Elementary

Reports of a structure fire in the Teachers´ Lounge at Sonora Elementary School today were dispelled this afternoon.
Principal Fred Barreiro says it turns out some foil in the microwave of the Teachers´ Lounge caused the smoke and thus, the excitement.
The smoke alarms did activate, and the school did evacuate nevertheless.
All was well, in the end, and the school day proceeded as usual at Sonora Elementary.
