Wreck At Hwy 4 at Red Hill

The California Highway Patrol reports a lane of Highway 4 is blocked at Red Hill Road near Vallecito.
No injuries are reported but a pickup truck is overturned in the roadway and the westbound lane is reportedly blocked halfway up the Utica Grade. Motorists should use caution in the area, officials say to watch out for flooded roadways in that area.
