Moke Hill Murder Suspect Identified

Calaveras County authorities are searching for a man considered to be armed and dangerous for questioning in the killing of 19-year-old David Louis Jessop found shot to death Wednesday morning in his Mokelumne Hill home.

Jessop lived with three other roommates. Neighbors say they never caused any problems

Investigators said Jessop was home alone Tuesday night. His roommate returned about 4:30 a.m. Wednesday and noticed signs that someone had broken in before finding Jessop´s body.

The Calaveras County Sheriff´s Department has now issued a warning to be on the lookout for Donald Maurice Pinon, 20.

Pinon is described as having brown eyes and short black hair. He weighs about 180 pounds and is 5-foot-8-inches tall.

Pinon is suspected of being in the Bay Area.
