Yosemite Open House Planned For Wednesday

Yosemite National Park, CA — Yosemite National Park Service will be hosting an open house Wednesday from 1pm until five o´clock.

The public is invited to visit and listen to park staff who will have presentations throughout the day. Planning efforts and projects that will be represented at the open house include the El Portal Road Reconstruction-Pohono Bridge to the Big Oak Flat Road Intersection Environmental Assessment. Prior to the open house, there will be a public site visit of the project area.

In addition the public scoping comment period is now open regarding the Tuolumne Wild and Scenic River Comprehensive Management Plan, Tuolumne Meadows Plan and Environmental Impact Statement and the Glacier Point Road Rehabilitation Project.
