Mystery Horse Involved In Arnold Accident

Arnold, Ca — The C.H.P. is looking for the owner of a dark colored horse that collided with an Oldsmobile this weekend in Arnold.

The driver was reportedly traveling northbound on Blagen Rd., while the horse was walking in the roadway. Due to darkness, and the illumination of an oncoming vehicles lights, the driver did not see the horse and collided with it. The accident was reported Saturday at 5:45pm. The car reportedly sustained major damage, and the horse left from the scene.

The driver, 74 year old Bernice Jackson, and her passenger, 77 year old Ira Jackson, were injured. Their conditions are not available at this time. The two are both from Arnold.
