Jim Albini Succumbs To Injuries

Sonora, CA — It has been confirmed by Sonora High School officials and the U.C. Davis Medical Center that Jim Albini passed away Wednesday evening after spending almost two full months in the Burn Unit.
The highly popular art teacher, who was in his 30th year at Sonora High School, was critically injured on Tuesday, July 11th when a propane tank exploded in his pickup truck that was parked adjacent to his home which was completely destroyed. Total losses, including several vehicles, have been valued at $600,000.
