Summerville High School Begins On Wednesday

Tuolumne, CA– It´s that time again for sharpening pencils and packing lunch bags.

Summerville High School begins Wednesday, August 16th with orientation on Monday, August 14th. Summerville High School Grade Level Coordinator Diana Harford says orientation will begin at 12:30pm and will end at 2:00pm for sophomores, juniors, and seniors.

At this time these grade level students will take their school pictures and get their class schedules. At 2:00pm, Summerville´s academy students will undergo the same procedure. Lastly, the new student orientation will begin at 3:30pm followed by a tour of the school and a barbeque for the families at 5:00pm.

Students returning to the school will notice a few new changes including the remodeling of the administration building. There are several new teachers at the school as well.
