Calif man to be arraigned in Arizona bus incident
PHOENIX (AP) -- A 25-year-old Los Angeles man accused of attacking the driver of a Greyhound bus and causing it to go off Interstate 10 in Arizona is scheduled to be arraigned Wednesday in a Phoenix courtroom.
Authorities have said Maquel Morris struck the driver and attempted to take control of the steering wheel on Jan. 23.
The bus went into the median before passengers helped the driver regain control.
Morris faces numerous charges in Maricopa County Superior Court. Those charges include assault and endangerment.
