Health Care
In these dire budget times the federal courts are mandating that the California Prison system provide MORE health care for criminals. What is wrong with this picture? In all California prisons we have chief surgeons even though no surgery is performed at the institution level for a taxpayer cost of around $200,000 per doctor. The inmate is shipped to a local hospital for additional tax payer dollars. What is wrong with that? It is time for the law abiding to protest this federal court order and take back States Rights.
