... of COURSE he did! ;). Then again, it takes a REAL man or woman to walk the right path... the path of strength and honor, and to be a productive member of society. Stats are against this guy, but hopefully he will get his life turned around.

Doesn't mention the other people involved. Bet the Police arrested the woman he had the dispute with. They always charge the victim too. Ridiculous.........and the dentist only got 6 months. Whatever?

Do you really believe she was a victim? She had two small children living in an apartment with drugs! They are the victims here! She deserves to be charged as well as him! I know both of them and they both need to be punished because this has been going on long enough! I just feel so sad for the children!

I hope he gets what's coming to him. He just might too, as he does not appear to be well off, and likely has no funds for a fancy attorney. Throw the book at him! Justice has a price, and you need to have the money to pay for it. Just ask the Dentist.

Ironically, the two were fighting, amongst other things, over Justins (aka Kentucky choice of employement). The girl, Jen, wanted him to get a 9 to 5. and straighten up. Jen had just begun working at a local gas station.
When the fight got phsical, law enforcement became involved. Jen got tagged with Justins crimes, 4 or 5 felonies, had her kids taken, and got evicted.
