...because this is how you address the jobs and immigration issues in our state. Dugs, guns, abortion: what is this, 1967?
Sounds like good things
Below is a link that I think makes a darn good argument that California can not trump the US Constitution, although they violate it regularly and that the California Constitution already guarantees our US second amendment rights.
Here is an interesting argument for clarifying the State Constitution.
Lets get it on the ballot.
I'm pro woman's choice on abortion, I don't like it and shouldn't have my tax dollars spent on it. I'm for parent's involvement 100%.
Obama raised taxes on my tobacco by 300% to pay for illegal immigrants children's health care. If your ripping me off, give it to American kids !!!!!
NO NO NO NO NO on TAXES !!!!!!!!!
Parental involvement could be the reason a minor is pregnant. There need to be safeguards in place to protect kids that can't talk to a parent. This decision is too difficult for us to simply vote on it. No uterus, no vote.
Smokers should have to fund the full costs of the medical care that they dump on us. If you share your smoke with non-smokers, you get the tab for that too. Drinkers don't get to force alcohol into others.
There is too much irrational emotion regarding guns. The people that fear bad guys and want guns are the same ones that want to make it easier for anyone to get guns. Huh? I'm a gun owner and I don't want it easier for people to get guns. Why would I want more people armed with even more powerful weapons? More guns is not a solution. WND? LOL!!!
Another $2 tax on tobacco products? I no longer use tobacco at all, but I still think we are taxed enough. Smokers shouldn't have to foot the bill. I'm onboard with everything else though
I have a question though. If they intend to "relax" gun laws a little, why do we have to register long guns in California as of January 1st?
