The Supervisors "good ole Boys" letter also asks that the Forest Service expedite the sale of burned timber as a result of the fire. Helping their, Good ole boys
How about helping the people who loss everything in this disaster, before we worry about turning a profit for the local special interest groups
That's right "cattle dog". Let that timber rot and fall. That way the whole forest will look like one giant game of pick up sticks. It will also help the next fire burn extra hot so we can do it all over again. To heck with all those "good ole boys" cutting timber, hauling logs, milling things to build houses out of. We are much better off importing all our lumber, keeping unemployment high, and wages low. Almost sounds like those * Supervisors might be trying to make this county productive again.
@cattle dog......How about logging the burned Forest Service trees and using that to pay for those who lost everything. Then one step further help the business who struggled during that time period do to the fire. Shame on you Forest Service Management for letting that burn for two days with just retardent drops trying to contain it.
