I filled out all the proper forms, submitted and was denied.. They are not going to let appeals go through. I wouldn't mind so much if they would just admit it is an unfair tax rather than a fee. Wonder if those in San Diego, Palm Springs, San Bernardino hills etc. were paying the "fee" as they just had big fires with homes lost???
It's refreshing to have a politician help to give back to tax payers instead of digging deeper into their pockets.
Well then Berryhill and Bigelow don't tell us how to appeal it.... repeal the god * thing.. What the hell do you think we're paying you for !
The only way to get rid of the tax is to get rid of the people
that voted it in . And that's going to be tough when l.a and sanfran
are the ones who dictate who gets in office , we are in trouble !
PPOLITICAL BALDERDASH. They know that NO ONE wins an appeal. They are just pandering for votes. The only chance there was against the tax was no body paid and only a handful of us did that. Now I find myself being audited by every gubment agency in the free world....just coincidence I suppose.
ravillataMrCommonSense....Your 100% right
They are outnumbered and outgunned by the democratic shills.
Hay! Listen up! When you become infected with Brown Rot it doesn't hurt at first, in fact you know you got bit but it was such a small bite. Then the next morning it starts to itch, you scratch it and it spreads, you seek medication, it costs money. Eventuality you enter the hospital and put on life support.
I filed on the 1st bill as unconstitutional tax and was denied. How can they deny it when it hasn,t been through the court system yet.Howard Jarvis has a lawsuit going under those grounds.
I was sure glad to see two planes flying circle formations, and a helicopter responding quickly to the fire last week in our backyard. Thanks Cal Fire and all responders, be safe up there.
