Smart Move. We need this so we can gather resources to fight san francisco, mr moonbeam and other water thieves.
Once again the SUPS are grabbing power to ensure the 80 Unit Apartment sweetheart deal in Columbia and the adjoining unneeded shopping center will be built.
The public backlash expressed at the recent TUD meetings were a wake up call to the Sups that the good ole boys at TUD may succumb to the outrage of the citizens and stop the $400,000 giveaway to the developer. Oh no, that must never happen!!!
They're very clever: this couldn't possibly be about a major project, no no no, they're just really concerned about the shortage of water and want to do something pro-active.
WHAT A BUNCH OF HOGWASH. Why didn't they put a stop to the 80 Unit Apartments and their swimming pool? TUD has already said that one of the Columbia storage tanks is even too unsafe for divers to assess the damage.
" what " another committee to study the first committee . sound like a
buffer to bend over its gonna get rough . higher rates for all so we can build more and tax more with out developing more water storage .
IT IS SIMPLE you want to build more pay for the infrastructure it take to sustain your development
Unless the agency can make it rain and snow more save the money and quit adding layers of government to a problem only nature can fix.
Up to now, this board has been making some very reasonable decisions. If reenating this agency will bring focus to saving our water rather than draining it away for the citiodots, I'm listening!
