If this man is guilty, there is no punishment that society could do to get justice for this child. If this man is not guilty there is no way we as a society could pay this man back for what he has and is going thru. To keep my comments civilized I will not post anymore on this as they would only be perceived as seeking revenge.

As far as I am concerned he is guilty. That baby was in his care. It was his responsibility to see she was cared for and protected no matter what the occurance. Innocent till proven guilty goes right out the window with me on this case.

Good comment miwukman. All I can say is we should keep in mind the mother of the child had recently been imprisoned for abusing another child. The baby's injuries were older injuries, making it possible the mother did it. I'll give this man the benefit of the doubt and wait for his defense before making a judgment. God bless that little baby.

Inmates are not left alone with their babies. According to Q13 a Seattle Washington news channel: The mother, Tiffany Tucker is serving a five year prison term and was found to be pregnant when she was booked into jail. On Sept. 4, Boehmer was given custody of newborn Kalie.

There are no word or justice for someone who does this.
As you also said..if he is NOT guilty....there is no justice either.
I would like to know, though...why is the dead child so beaten? and past beaten?
Did some ghost walk in...and just rough the kid on a repetitive basis.
